Answering A Parked Call
To answer a parked call, dial the parking lot extension where the caller is parked and you will be connected to the caller on hold. Alternatively, if your phone has programmed parking space keys, you can press the associated key to attend the call. The parking space keys will show green when empty and red when a caller is on hold. This allows for easy identification and answering of parked calls.
To answer a parked call, dial the parking lot extension where the caller is parked (example: *500) and you will be automatically connected to the caller waiting on hold in the parking lot.
Additionally, depending on the phone model you are using, we may have programmed several "Parking Space" keys that will show green when the parking space is empty and red if there is a caller on hold in the parking space. To answer the parked call using the programmed key, simply press the associated parking space key to attend the call.
