The name started as an inside joke: one of Joel Eskelsen's most fun and most outspoken clients kept calling the
helper "Sparky" whenever it solved tricky phone system questions in seconds. The nickname stuck and became part of
VentureTel support culture.
Today, Sparky helps with the day-to-day support workflow and points people to the right article when they need deeper detail.
