Configuring provisioning URL of Polycom phones
To configure the provisioning URL of Polycom phones, start by finding the phone's IP address and logging in using the default password 456. Then, go to Settings and set the Provisioning Server to HTTPS with the Server Address set to the VentureTel provisioning URL, including your provisioning password. After saving and rebooting the phone, it will pull down the provisioning details from VentureTel's servers. This enables automatic provisioning with VentureTel settings.
To setup and enable supported Polycom phones to automatically provision with your VentureTel settings, start by:
Find the IP address of the phone and login using https://{IP address}
The default password is 456.
Go to Settings > Provisioning Server - and set the following
Server Type: HTTPS
Server Address: p.venturetel.co/kazoo-provision/prov/polycom/{provisioning pass} (Where {provisioning pass} is your provisioning password found in https://control.venturel.co).
Tag SN to UA: Enabled
Leave all other fields alone and save and then reboot the phone.
After rebooting the phone, it should pull down the provisioning details of the device from VentureTel's provisioning servers.
