Forwarding missed calls on your cell phone to office voicemail

TL;DR

To forward missed calls on your cell phone to your office voicemail, you need to set up a direct dial to your voicemail box. Once set up, you can enable missed call forwarding through your cell phone provider, such as AT&T or Verizon, by dialing specific codes. For Verizon, dial *71 followed by your voicemail direct number, and for AT&T, dial a series of codes including *61, *62, and *67. To disable the feature, dial different codes, such as *73 for Verizon or ##61#, ##62#, and ##67# for AT&T.

You may wish to be able to send calls to your Venturetel voicemail when you don't answer a call made to your cell phone. Most cell phone providers offer the ability to forward missed calls to a different number, below are instructions for AT&T and Verizon.

To enable this you will first need to setup a direct dial to your voicemail box - this is done in advanced call flows, and we recommend opening a support ticket for help in setting this up if you are not an advanced user.

Once you have the direct dial number setup to dial your voicemail directly, follow the appropriate steps for forwarding missed calls (not all calls) to the direct dial of your voicemail.

Dial *711234567890 digit direct number for voicemail wait for the confirmation stutter tone, then hang up.
