Pickup another ringing extension (AKA Directed Call Pickup)

TL;DR

Directed call pickup allows users to answer incoming calls on another user's extension using a feature access code. To use this feature, dial *8 and then the extension of the ringing phone, or press the BLF key for that extension. The BLF key shows the status of other extensions, such as free, busy, or ringing. This feature must be enabled by submitting a support ticket.

To enable this feature first open a support ticket to enable the feature code on your account.

Directed call pickup allows a user to pick up an incoming phone call on another user’s extension using a feature access code. To pickup a call ringing on another users extension:

While another phone is ringing, dial *8.
Then dial the extension of the phone that is ringing, or you may hit the BLF key of the users extension that is ringing.

BLF stands for busy lamp field, it is the button on your phones screen that shows whether another extension is free (green), busy (red), or ringing (blinking red).
