Testing and Understanding Your VentureTel E911 Service
To ensure prompt emergency response, it is crucial to maintain accurate E911 location information with VentureTel. You can test your E911 address by dialing 933 from your VentureTel VoIP device, which will play back the currently registered address. If the address is incorrect, update your E911 records immediately through the admin control panel or VentureTel app. Regular testing is recommended, especially after moving or changing service locations.
