Update Auto Attendant Phone Prompt
To update the auto attendant phone prompt, visit the SmartPBX app and navigate to the Main Number section. From there, select Incoming Call Handling and then Virtual Receptionist. Choose an existing recording in the Greetings tab and upload a new file in WAV or MP3 format. Finally, click Update and Save to apply the changes.
To update the virtual assistant audio follow these instructions
1. Visit control.venturetel.co and make sure you are in the SmartPBX app.
2. Click "Main Number" in the left column.
3. Click on the "Incoming Call Handling" option.
4. Click "Virtual Receptionist" on the first tile that appears.
5. Under the "Greetings" tab select "Choose from existing recording".
6. Click "Choose File". *Note: File type must be .WAV or .MP3
7. Click "Update", followed by the green "Save".
8. When the popup closes select "Save changes" under the "Incoming Call Handling" menu.
