You can also set up a Virtual Receptionist for the office holiday by recording or uploading a greeting and adding routes for the virtual receptionist. Be sure to save your settings when finished.

To update feature keys on provisioned phones, log into the VentureTel control panel and navigate to the SmartPBX dashboard. Find the device you want to update, click the wrench to edit settings, and select Feature Keys under Advanced Settings. You can add, update, or edit keys and rearrange their order by dragging and dropping. Save your changes and restart the phone to provision and update the new settings.

A paging group allows for one-way or two-way conversations with a group of users or devices that automatically answer when called. To create a paging group, start by creating a new call flow and assigning it an extension. Then, add the Page Group action and select the desired users and devices for the group. This is typically used for one-way conversations to avoid feedback issues.

Then, click the ambulance icon next to the number you want to configure and add the required information. Inbound call routing by caller ID patterns allows you to direct calls to different call flows based on the caller's ID. To set this up, you need to create caller ID matching patterns and associate them with specific call flows. The patterns use special characters such as X, Z, and N to match digits, and a wildcard period to match one or more characters. Once the patterns are set up, you can create a pivot action in your inbound call flow to direct calls to the corresponding call flow based on the matched pattern.

They need to click on Numbers and then select the person icon next to the desired number. From there, they can enable the Caller ID feature and add the desired name to appear on caller ID. - Update Auto Attendant Phone Prompt
To update the auto attendant phone prompt, visit the SmartPBX app and navigate to the Main Number section. From there, select Incoming Call Handling and then Virtual Receptionist. Choose an existing recording in the Greetings tab and upload a new file in WAV or MP3 format. Finally, click Update and Save to apply the changes.
