Where is my data stored?

TL;DR

Your data, including call logs and text messages, is stored in US data centers by providers such as Amazon Web Services, Digital Ocean, Cloudflare, and Google Cloud. VentureTel uses industry standard best practices to secure and store your data. If you have integrated with third party services, data storage and security is maintained by those services. You can contact support@venturetel.net with any questions or concerns about data storage and security.

Data such as call logs, voicemail messages and text messages may be stored by VentureTel for you access.  We utilize the following providers to provide VentureTel's VoIP and text messaging services to our customers.  All data is stored in US data centers with the below providers, unless otherwise noted.

  1. Amazon Web Services

  2. Digital Ocean

  3. Cloudflare

  4. Google Cloud

VentureTel also has the ability to integrate with some third party services, if you have integrated with third party services, please note that data storage and security is maintained by those third party services and phone logs, text messages, etc may also be stored by those services as part of those integrations.
