- How To Enable Unread SMS/Text Alerts
To enable unread text alerts, click the gear icon in the lower left and select the notifications tab. From there, choose the options you want to enable. This will allow you to receive alerts for unread SMS or text messages. Enabling these alerts helps you stay on top of new messages.

To add or edit a cell phone in the follow me settings, start by clicking Account Settings and then the Follow me/Find me tab. Click Add a Cell Phone and enter the device name and phone number, then save the changes. Enable the toggle for the new device and configure the desired delays. This allows you to customize the follow me settings for your cell phone.

To initiate a call from the app, click the phone icon in the upper right corner and enter the 10-digit phone number in the To section without dashes or spaces. Select the device to use for the call from the From menu. Click Start Call to begin the call, and the selected device will ring before dialing the entered number. The call will connect after you answer the ringing device.

VentureTel voicemail transcription converts voice messages into text, allowing you to read your voicemails instead of listening to them. You can access your voicemail transcriptions through the VentureTel web portal or via email notifications if enabled. Voicemail transcription is limited to messages under one minute in length and accuracy may vary depending on factors like background noise and speaker clarity. Transcriptions may not be available for all voicemails and accuracy can be improved by speaking clearly and minimizing background noise.
- How to Create a New Automation
To create a new automation, you can choose from two types: Keyword Automations or Missed Call Automations. Keyword Automations allow you to set up a preset response to a specific keyword sent via text. To set up a Keyword Automation, click the automation icon, select New Automation, and choose Keyword Auto Responder, then fill out the required fields, including the keyword and response. You can apply this automation to a specific number and save your settings.
